Pathetic service and lack of accountability

I am disgusted at the level of service and unproffesionalism at Bonitas. After you took over the Prosano clients I ahve been inconvenienced since some bright spark loaded an incorrect branch code resulting in my contributions not deducted. I ahve had to exhaust time and money to call agents who have promised the world and that the matter will be resolved to date, nothing has happened.
