I contacted bonitas in order to have my tax certificate forwarded to me and the agent advised me they will send it immediately they sent me the bonitas one then i requested the prosano one and i have not received it, i refuse to call again as it is ridiculous that i need to run up and down over a tax certificate when bonitas can easily send me the one for them but not the one i request for when i paid prosano
