POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I work for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the southern hemisphere, i have always received excellent service from all the ciry lodges ive stayed in, MOrningside, George town lodge, Pinelands, Grandwest, etc... and i have spent in excess of 4months worth of days at your establishment. I however received the worse customer service i have ever encountered. My bills are always prepaid by our bookings company. i had accomodation booked after traveling from the Drakensberg for 5hours only to arrive at your hotel where they demanded a R200 deposit, which i did not have as i did not travel with my credit card, as everything was prepaid, including my rental vehicle at avis. I explained i did not have my credit card or R200 cash and the supposed manager on duty Thembi Sibabela refused to assist, knowing fair well my bed, breakfast and parking had been prepaid and voucher Voucher 033749. It is ridiculous that having prepaid for the accomodation they demand a R200 for any expenses i "May" incur. I have since asked our booking agency Uniglobe to cancel your Hotel group as a vendor as i cannot deal with such pathetic customer service.
