Prokard customer service, highly commendable

I applied for a prokard on line, tried to pay with my credit card 3 times but on line banking kept on giving me an error msg. Next day I received msgs from my credit card of the 3 error payments going off. On Monday at about 9am I emailed Prokard with my query and I received a call within half an hour from a gentleman by name of " Lall", who said I must email proof of those three payments gone off my account and he will look into it and get back to me. at about 4:30 pm that same day Noluthando called to verify my credit card details and promised to do the reversal that same afternoon.By 5pm I received an email from her stating that the reversal had been done but will reflect after 3 working days in my account. I am pleased to say that all was delivered as promised. I have even booked my one free night accomodation at the Edward Hotel for 19/10/2013 and stay free one night and pay the second night voucher for the10/01/2014 and11/01/2014 at the Karridene Hotel, Uvongo!
I have never received such efficient service ever before, considering it was not an error on their part, well worth shouting out loud! Thank you, Prokard customer care
