I have submitted a number of claims to Discovery. They have sent me back an email stating that one of them is incomplete. Can you believe that they dont tell you which one it is? Even worse when you phone the call centre they dont know which one it is and even claim that it is impossible to find this information out. It is my responsibility to somehow figure out which one they are not happy with. When I expressed my horror at this I was told that this was done by another department and it is not their responsibility.
I can accept that possibly I have not sent them all the information they require but surely to goodness they can tell me which claim they are referring to. How else do I figure it out?
