On thw 28th of november by 1yr old daughter sufferd hot water burns to her torso 2nd degree 15% of her body... a very traumatic experience for her and us as her parents, now i cant deal with discovery health declining claims from the plastic surgeon that took care of her whilst in hospital and out telling me their is no reference/authorization number i sent you all the auth codes in the email i sent to the claims department and i emailed discoverinfo to make sure that i am followimg the correct procedure when submitting the claim they advised no you dont have to worry about auth numbers as they already have them on system... THEN WHY DID DISCOVERY DECLINE THE CLAIM... I AM MORE THAN FRUSTRATED WITH YOU..when willthis nightmare end ..i dont know if you declined it because my name appears on the statement instead of my daughters but the plastic surgeons admin dpt. Advised that the bill defaults to the man members name.
I'm going to ask you again to redo the claim, properly all the auth. Codes are attached...
