I would like to register my complete satisfaction with the Holiday Inn in Sandton, Rivonia Road. I am a Priority Club Platinum member and regularly stay at this hotel. From the outset they have treated me really well. Over the years I have had occasion to visit them at least 12 or 13 times per year and I feel almost like one of the family. Although their personnel changes the level of welcome and service I receive, from the security guys, to the waitrons, front desk staff and service people in general is really outstanding. Congratulations on a superb all round effort by a great team. You are certainly doing things right and it shows.
