We booked an overnight stay and spa day at bakwena spa- we left Jhb at 7, and on our arrival, there was no power, no one at the gate and no help quite frankly. We then by chance found a hotel and were told we were staying at the other hotel, upon pour arrival I must say it felt like a shebeen, drunk peoe dancing in the parking lot and not a hint of any management.
We decided to leave and bumped into the food and beverage manager on the driveway cigarette and coffee in hand, who said have we tried the other hotel, believe it or not we were booked into what looked to better hotel, except for the fact the lift smelt like a bar and the function on across from the room, was loud and the guests were staying.
I'm not even going to mention the buffet only dinner at a supposed 5 star hotel - we left immediately requesting management to contact us, but a day later not a call- I am revolted and will request the tourism grading council to investigate the grading of this dump.
