At the beginning of March I made a booking for my mom with Dr Latib for 16 March. On calling today to re-confirm the time of the appointment 9:30 am and to enquire the possiblity of changing the Dr to Dr Rajah, I was HORRIFIED to be informed that my mom's appointment had been CANCELLED due to the fact that because she is a patient of Dr Rajah that any further appointments are to be made with her (and no other Dr). (A practice of theirs).

The receptionist claimed that I was indeed informed. This is NOT TRUE. To put INSULT TO INJURY, the receiptionist tells me that my mom can be SQUEEZED IN tomorrow for a 15 minute consultation with the possibility of a making a further booking due to time time constraints. The next option is to make a new appointment for May.

This is an INCOMPETENT BLUNDER done on their side.

I find this service TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Please be WARY if you make an appointment with 202 SOUTH RAND CLINICAL CENTRE, Cnr 2nd Street & Johannesburg Road, La Rochelle, 2190. You may be subjected to this INCOMPETENT SERVICE.
