I have been trying for 4 days to get a pre-authorisation number for a simple blood test. From being told I cannot have this done... to being told I have to wait for 24 hours after the health assessment - which I did (I waited 48 hours!!) STILL I do not have the relevant number 4 days on. Is it too difficult to issue the call centre operators with the little hand book which is sent out to clients - I had to read a section to them to make them aware of the fact that I qualified for this treatment!! Not good enough!!
