Firstly I had an eye test done when the optomotrist prescribed spectacles. Momentum Health would not pay because it did not meet one or other specification on the lense, which was strange because they paid for a similar pair previuosly. Well I did not persue the matter any further but my sight is still poor while driving at night. So I guess I should rather have an accident is the message I am getting.
The main reason for this complaint is that I called the Momentum Health call centre to submit a claim of R1482.00 and the voice prompt told to email my claim.
I emailed my documents on 29/07 and I am still waiting for call/reference number. How long does it take to get my cash back?
