I logged a complaint on the 6th of March regarding the account that has been handed over even though we are still sorting it out with the hospital and the medical aid and i got an automated response advising that they will investigate and someone will call me, but to date i haven't received any call. I'm really dissappointed with the way the query has been handled, it seems like nobody cares.
