Booked via [URL Removed] at the supposedly 4 star guest house. Parking paid for at extra 200 - hardly allocated a bay - we had to 3 point turn every time just to park. In 4 days we never saw the owner. The staff work from 7am only and knock off at 4pm. The "on duty manager" was nowhere to be found when we had a problem. We had to keep begging to watch the one and only dstv channel but lost out in the end to the duty manager watching his movies. Wi Fi was advertised - what a joke. Get a voucher that hardly lasted 10 mins!! So had to keep trying to locate somebody that could print out one more voucher!!! Most frustrating for a 4 star rating. The shower had no pressure we eventually went to virgin active to shower. The taps we loose and wouldn't actually switch on properly. The swing doors leading into the bathroom squeaked like crazy and best of all our room was almost in the parking lot so every single time somebody came or went we got their shining lights directly into our room. Very irritating indeed. Just bamboozled who gave them this rating???
