Stay paid in full instead of 50%, now not refunding 50% over pay

I've paid my stay on booking 17172 in full at the time of my booking instead of the minimum of 50% required. Now that I cancelled the accommodation they are refusing to refund me the over paid 50%. I accept that the deposit would be affected, but Kokoriba sure as did not complain when I paid in full! I will post this experience on every blog known to the camping community to ensure that Kokoriba get every cents worth of my over paid amount. I'm not as much concerned about the R200 in question as I'm concerned about their ethics and style of business. Either they refund me or this is going to be R200 well spend for them!
