Been at Fedhealth for only 5 months now and I am seriously impressed. Had an unfortunate injury and never have I experienced a customer care/call centre like they have. Every question, even complex ones, were answered by trained professional staff. Authorisations were immediate and payments occurred just as my individual scheme promised they would. Communication, like their different policies, is/are straightforward. The big thing for me is that people who answer calls at Fedhealth actually know exactly what is going on and they answer calls quickly - unlike every other big organisation I usually deal with. Different girls I talked to all genuinely cared about my concerns/injury and two of them unexpectedly threw in a few kind words to the conversation which was a pleasant surprise. No amount of training can make customer service employees do this. Its obviously the quality of people that Fedhealth employ. Medical aid is finally an absolute pleasure.
