7 weeks, no help

I went in for an eye test in the first week of jan (2013). I then ordered contact lenses and new lenses for my specs. I was told that I would have all my stuff in 7 working days and signed for payment to go through.

After 2 weeks, I heard nothing so I went in to see what was going on. They had my contact lenses, but there was still no eta on my lenses. They just said that they had ordered them and they were waiting for them to arrive. They did not allow me to take my contact lenses as they needed to show me how to use them, but they were not able to do that on the day because they were "under staffed".

I went in again on Friday (16/02/2013) and they gave me my trail lenses. The demonstration was done by one of the assistants and was really not helpful at all. She failed to explain a lot of points which I only found out later after doing my own investigation. I was then told that my lenses will be there in a week and that they hadn't ordered them as yet!!

I went in the past Friday and they still did not have my lenses!!! It has been 7 weeks since my eye test. The woman behind the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am frustrated beyond words!
