On 19 March, after I resubmitted my complaint a Jeremy Naidoo from Port Elizabeth called me and said he was going to look through the documents I had submitted and get back to me in 2 to 3 working days. I'm still waiting. Also on 19 March I got an email from an Errin Greeff telling me that my "Query has been escalated." "We have sent it to a client Relationship Manager for assistance." Nothing happened so on 20 March, I re-submitted my complaint and got an email from a Reesin Perumal in Durban to tell me a similar story. Try to speak to any reasonably senior manager. Go to the website of Discovery Holdings where all the directors are listed - those men and women who are paid obscene salaries and bonuses, the CEO of Discovery Health got a total of R16.9 million in the last financial year. Yet you can't get access to them. Space is too small to give 6 pages of detail but it can be sent on request.
