My wife went and ordered her contact lenses at Spec Savers in Brackenfell. Having told se needs to pay R796.00 for the contact lenses, because of people not collecting, she paid them. After a week and a half she hasn't received an sms or any phone call regarding the lenses. She went to enquire about the lenses. After 10 min they found the lenses and was told she need to pay-in another R200. They made a mistake regarding the amount. How can they now claim the price is incorrect. This is daylight. My wife had no other choice but to pay-in the amount to collect her lenses. This is bad service from Spec Savers, not even phoning her to inform her that the lenses have arrived.
And why the round number R200-00... How strange..
