When the client suffers

I am 33 weeks pregnant and decided to call Bonitas Boncap call centre which is administered by medscheme this year to make sure that the e-mail i got from primecure which administered bonitas boncap last year was correct. The email stated that i would get 2 extra consultations in this pregnancy carries over to this year 2013 on top of my three annual special visits which would make it 5 specialist visits. but the medcheme call center says this is not the case as medscheme has taken over, so i said this not my problem who administers the medical aid as a client i was told this in writing and this is what i expect. i was asked to send an e-mail to medscheme which i did and got a reply with closure of case as the heading. The e-mail just stated exactly what the consultant told me. I do not think its fair for one thing to be told to me as a client and i get different results. this part of my pregnancy when it comes to a medical aid authorizations should be simple and not stressful. it this is the case with bonitas i will consider changing my cover.
