I got a letter frm my dr to go see my specialist in nov 2013, after my visit the specialist gave me another appointment to cum back for a papsmere on the 14/02/2013, vitality or the specialist tld me that i would have to go back to my dr for another letter, because the expiry date for the specialist was end dec 2012. I call vitality, spoke to kholofelo, who was very unhelpful, wots the use of me being on the medical aid, no one told me anything, im a single parent and cannot afford to pay for these things from my pocket hense why i have a medical aid, please advise as i am beyond irritated with DISCOVery
