I just spoke to Sharlene in the Billing department and I am very impressed.

She was friendly, concise, diligent and an absolute pleasure. My dilemma was sorted out in a jiffy and with no hassles.

All I can say is Wow.

In a country where customer service is lacking, it is nice to talk to people who know how it should be done.
