I am shocked!

I am absolutely shocked at the 'service' I have recently received from Bestmed (Pulse1 - Primecure).

On Monday my husband went to the urologist to find out that he has 3 lumps in his which are suspected to be cancerous. After scans, blood tests and x-rays, the urologist wanted to remove my husbands the very next day. I told the urologist that I would have to get authorisation first from Bestmed.

I sent Bestmed all requested documents to process the authorisation number which was then escalated to the medical advisers. Almost 4 days later and almost a dozen phone calls later I STILL have not received their verdict.

I understand that there is a 3 month waiting period, but this is an emergency that we were only made aware of on Monday. I'm sure the people working at Bestmed are robots and not actually people who realise that sometimes life happens and urgent attention is needed.

I will never recommend Bestmed to anyone. Honestly I'm so upset
