Why do I need to contact you and put in a complaint before I get any responce from Bestmed??? It is only when I report them that I get feedback? On 4/4/2013 I send a e-mail requesting a DSM (for chronic medicine) form. Got a sms back that they are attending to the matter, but it is a week later, and I haven't received any further feedback or form.
Please follow this up on my behalf.
