Advertized prize changes when booking

I tried several times on Wednesday 15 February 2014 to book three happy day seats from Jhb to Ctn at R639.
After calling their call centre Sinzia advised me to go to manage travel and to try pay booking. I did this also several times, but to no avail. I also sent several queries to their e-mail address and on Thursday 16/01/2014 Siya call me to take payment via credit card. At this point the prize was still R639.I then agreed to call her on Friday to affect payment with my debit card. On Friday morning I phoned her to arrange payment and she advised me to rebook and call her with the new reference number. When I entered flymango the prize was up to R730.
For fear of losing the seats I made the booking and phoned their helpline for payment. About an hour later when I again checked in on the site the happy days seats at R639 was back and this was the case until Tuesday 21/01/2014.My kind request for a refund of R273 has been denied and I feel cheated. It feels as if their advertisements are designed to lure you to their services and once you commit to booking and payment the prizes makes a jump. My dissatifaction about this is completely ignored and it, s shocking to see they don, t respond
