You cannot bank on Bankmed

I sent through a dental quote for approval on the 14 th of Feb. Their turnaround is 5 working days. Since then I had to phone them 6 times to find out progress. Recently, as in today, twice I held on in excess of ten minutes. When you point out to the staff that you held on, they call you a... guess what, my calls are recorde, I can send those calls to you as well as my itemized billing of my cell. Don't call me a, apologize and move on. So, still as I am writing this, I have yet to receive a call after almost 15 days advising me of whether the procedure is going to be covered proportionately... my dilemma is that I am without tooth because of them. Why do you waste people's time like that. Don't you enjoy our money but when you need to give service, we don't enjoy you. I wish, and just perhaps I will be one of those that gets the banks and SASBO to allow us to choose our own medical aid, because Bankmed service. Luckily, it's not a matter of life or death, you can't trust them with your life
