So annoyed after waiting 1 hour on th ephone I asked the consultant to call me back as I was calling from a cell phone and there call centre took 45 min to answer my call, He said that he cant call back... So much for help centre!!! then when I gave him my doctors codes I was told sorry you not covered for that, Why Do we still bother to support Discovery, every month they will debit our accounts but when we need HELP then they politely say NO NO!!
