Wants to blacklist me

I went to medipark rooihhuisskraal and saw doctor malani were me and my co worker told the doctor that is injury on duty the doctor said it is fine so we went to the x rays next door where we send her all my details and the company details to the doctors... and then they kept harsing me where i did send all my details trough and when i phoned and asked where i can send all my prove that i did send them they refuse to give me there contact details. i dont know what to do anymore they are harsing me at work the whole time i am really disgustide at the service and wont ever go back or recommend it to anyone
