I phoned Bonita's for a certificate of membership on behalf of my husband that is deaf over the phone and mainly he can't speak english well. (Remember I am also on this medical aid)
I gave everything to them, his ID No, Cell No, Address and even his bank details, and still they refuse to email me the certificate to my daurters email account. (My husband must talk to them!!! I wonder how???) Then when I complained about it, they wanted to fax it to me, I gave them my new fax number and the lady responded with sorry it is not the fax no that we have on the system!
Yes well we did email and fax the new no to them, like always they used it for something, but not for updating.
So no certificate of membership for us!!
O.k so I am a, that have all my husbands details and bank details and I am going to do what with the certificate of membership???
