I deal with several Medical Aids on a daily base, but Resolution your service is unbearable. Since January, our clients are complaining about debit orders that have not been collected by you. This happened during February 2013 as well. If we phone in to ask about the problem, nobody seems to know and blame the whole scenario on the Finance Dept. Members must make manual payments in order to catch up, members must check on Reso if they did their job at the end of each month in order for them not to fall behind on their premiums etc. Is this how a huge company operates - without even apologising or even trying to rectify the problem.???
