After enquiring on the with Optivest for the best medical aid, your medical aid was recommended as the best which I joined this year, 1 January 2013, Dimension prime 2 plan. Documents were sent to me but some of the information was not clear, I am so unhappy with this medical aid because I get charges extras when I consult or buy medication, I am being told that your medical aid does not cover so and so or you need to pay up the levies, I have joined the medical aid because I wold not have cash every day to pay doctors it was for convinience but your are making me pay extra, I dont have cash to pay what you dont cover every time I purchase medication or consult, why should I do that because I have a medical aid, you are useless because you rip us off, I wonder what you cover in hospital, we dont have cash lying arouund to pay for unnecessary cost, why should I pay for levies, you inconvinience us, I dont have money to pay extras evertime, Please advise why should you charge us since I have saving as well, why should I pay extra large amounts. I dont understand why they call you the best medical aid while ripping us off, you pay 2% and I have to pay the rest, no.
