Medihelp understanding customer needs. Sure

My 10 year old son was on my x wife's medical aid. The dimension Prime 2. I have two sons and I recently got divorced. I was then told by the court that one of my sons needs to be moved to my medical aid as my x wife would have the other on her medical aid. I am on the Dimension Prime 3. Now my son is currently using medication (Concerta) which was covered by medihelp when he was still on my x wife's medical aid. Now that I was ordered by the court to move him to my medical aid which is within the same company just different plan, he has been given a 12 month waiting period! I have sent an affidavit to medihelp stating the courts orders, but was simply told that, this is the rules and they can't change it. Pathetic!! I get ordered to do something by the court and medihelp thinks its appropriate to make my life difficult. I am not happy with this and hopefully someone with some sense will contact me.
