I would just like to let you all know. how i battle with Momentum Medical aid
I pay my monthly premium every month and we are on the Access plan, and when we need to claim for anything such as doc visits or medicine they always have stories as to why they can not pay! I DONT SEE WHY I HAVE TO PAY MEDICAL AID WHEN I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING CASH FOR HOSPITAL, MEDICATION OR DR.
My Husband broke his toe yesterday and the pharmacy refused to give him medication due to no funds in the medical aid. But yet I havent had a claim! but i have been told that im fully covered yet they wont pay for anything.
I have spent claimed in 10 months for anything, and now claiming just over R1000 AND THEY DONT PAY!!
The staff is rude as they dont want to assist me, and i want to cancelle and i have to draw up a letter etc i dont have time for people that are rude!
Please can you give me advise
