Need I say more... Discvery its alien t them. Hello Nompumelelo, it was brought to our attention last week by ur claims dept that the claim for Clicks was not paid due to the fact that they had no codes to process the claim against. Despite this claim being submitted together wth the Clicks Invoce (which reflects the codes) on the 3 December 2012, again on the month of February 2013 by Tebogo Sekgota. Today I found out that the Clicks claim was processed against Dr Johnson who issued the script which s incorrect. Tebogo has once again submitted the Clicks invoce to yorself to fix the error. One thing is for sure that Discovery is consistent with processing these claims incorrectly and it has been the same kind of service for the past 3/4 yrs. This is no way to treat a long term member and someone who is suffering from a chronic illness, it is enormously stressful to him and I wish to have this resolved no later than this week with constant updates on the progress of this Clicks claim. Surely your Team Leader (Fiona) Leader (Fiona) who incidently has never responded to any of the enquiries during your absence, should check the validity and quality of these claims
