Poor Service and Incorrect Fee Information ()

I joined Hotelia group just after i realised that my father joined and i got one for myself, for the first time i wanted to use my membership after receiving it. I called the company to get me a quote on the hotels in umhlanga and i was sent an email with the prices, something told me to actually google and double check the pricing on hotels which i found quiet interesting. The prices i got from Sandile (Employee) was the same prices that they had on the websites and what i was informed when calling every hotel to confirm. Sandile informed me that he will get back to me it has now been close to a month for the last communication was on the 07-02-2013 which clearly to me shows that they take peoples money convincing them that they will receive close to 50% off when booking and yet they dont live up to the client expectation. I just called Sandile and he informed me that he is too busy and was thinking of getting back to me which is wierd cause last time i remember i am a client i asked him why he didnt respond via email to inform me that he was still getting the prices his answer was im still busy. I am now going to email asata and i will make a full complaint and wont stop.
