I was approached by Tshediso Mokobokoa selling me their hotelia membership card of which i got attracted to as i was busy planning for my family holiday, initially i was told that i could pay the joining fee of R1850.00 over 6 month as i thought that was going to be convenient for me as i hadn't planned to join such, then as i agreed to have the membership i had a shock when i was now asked to provide my credit card cause they have to debit the amount and i must arrange with the bank to pay it over 6 month which was not the case when i enquired, i then postponed to the following month so i could have cash as i didn't want to use my credit card for this. i ended up making a transfer and once i joined, then Tshediso was suppose to make a booking for me and all of a sudden he then told me that the resort i wanted to book was not on the list of their hotels, but i received a welcoming brochure with the name on the resort i needed to book and i had made it clear which resort i wanted to book long before subscribing. now i requested for my money back and its taking forever and doesnt looko like i am gonna get my money. the managers Charles and Sandile are never available to talk to me.
