I dont know who to talk to anymore ive been waiting since 3 jan for claims to be refunded to me, i got a figure from momentum and itsR1850 that they owe me for Jan 2013, the ppl there have now even gone as far as lying to me saying theey busy doing an emergency transfer as ive been waiting so long for refund, and say it will be in my acc the following day and still havent recieved payment, they made a transfer now of R297.90 and when i phoned them once again as they can never return phone calls they say that thats the amount they paying as the visits where above medical aid rates which is absolute nonscense. no one there knows what they are doing and have some excuse or reason for things not being done, is 3 months and i havent recieved my refunds!!! and again today they have promised to call me back which 9 out of 10 they wont and im going to have to use my personal airtime to ask them to do there jobs again!!! its pathetic, even the "supervisors" dont know what is happening there!!!
