I am fed up with this now! I want my money back, how can you just take people's money after they have cancelled their medical aid!!! My notice month was February and the last payment was end of February how the f... Can you still take money out of my account after you have confirmed that my medical aid has been cancelled!!! You better get this sorted out ASAP and give me my money back!
