I am off with incompetent people who cant do they job properly.
First of all i applied for a new medical aid though direct Axis and was told me i wont need a waiting period cause i have been a medical aid before. then i was told that medical aid has put me on a waiting period for 3 months cause of my asthma (which is controlled and i don't need any medicine for it) so i asked direct Axis to give me the medical aid so that i can speak to them and get the waiting period taking off cause i have kid which they never gave me the number. So a week goes by and i get a call to ask if i still want to be on the medical aid which i thought i was already on! So i said no they must cancel all the paper work cause they are me around. Now 2 days later i get an sms to say they have taken money off my account for the Medical aid that i not even on and it will take over 2 weeks to get my money back.. I am so i want my money. I can not wait for 2 week for my money that they were not even allowed to take off my account. THIS IS i want this sort out ASAP and my money back in my account by Friday.
