To whom it may concern
I have a complaint about the Momentum Health medical aid, Health Saver account. I was a member from 1 Februay 2013, till 31 May 2013. According to my last statement I received (01 May 2013) from the medical aid and according to the broker I used, the health Saver should made a payment to me for the amount of R2, 233.93 upon the termination of my membership. But today (03.10.2013) I received the amount of R1, 033.93, that is a R1, 133.00 less, that what the broker and the last statement said I would received. I took the liberty and phone the medical aid on Monday 30 September 2013, and the person I spoke to when I ask her why the money is less than what the last statement received from them said, that the aid paid Dr de Kock on February 2013. that doesn't make sense I told her, because the I received billing statements from the aid every month, and why would they deduct a payment from the docter that they already paid in February 2013. I'm very cross with the aid and feel that the feedback that they gave, does not explain the amount of R1, 033.00 that the deducted form the amount that I should've received.
