I was informed via email by my medical aid that my benefits have been suspended on due to an amount of R40 owed to them which was no communicated, i then called them to get the amount and was told that once payment has been received that they will activate immediately on Monday morning at 06h45 on the 25th because i was told that it will be effective as soon as payment is received i then went to an optometrist on Monday and was informed on Tuesday by the optometrist that the medical aid is still inactive i called on Tuesday the 26th and was told that if i fax proof of payment (which i did) it will immediately be activated till today nothing is being done but they are quick to deactivate when a mere R40 is erroneously not paid to them
