THE LONGEST 48 HRS YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE

I Settled my vehicle on the 20 February 2013 via FNB to FNB EFT so the payment would have been effective immediately, I called in to the settlements department, I was told to call back within 48 hours as the payment had not reflected but I should fax the payment proof to speed the process up which I did do. I called back on Friday and spoke to Rochelle who told me the papers will be sent via courier on the 22nd and I should receive shortly. On Monday I then recieved nothing so I called in to Wesbank, they told me there was a delay but it would definately leave on Tuesday absolute latest, It is Wednesday today and I decided to call in to the call centre when I was informed they are still trying to locate the papers for the vehicle, I am needing to give these to the new owner who has paid in full for the vehicle. Furthermore the operator I spoke to today could not tell me when the documents would be sent, she also informed me that Wesbank was not able to give me anyting in writing to explain the delay either and it was a back office problem. Please advise urgently.
