RUDE & FORCEFUL CALL CENTRE AGENT

I just received a call on my office landline from the Discovery Corporate team (11:20) asking me to set up a meeting with one of the consultants to discuss a possible corporate plan. I asked that the consultant first email or call me as I would prefer a electronic conversation as to a possible meeting. When i agreed to the engagement, the consultant insisted I provided a time to meet. I reiterated i wanted a call or email first so that I could evaluate various elements... and then said sorry this isnt going to work for me when the consultant persisted. When i said this the RUDE consultant who interrupted my work day said that "This will work but you are impossible" and then put the phone down in my ear.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional from a service provider.
