My Vitality movie benefit has been deactivated a 3rd time without explanation. Called 19 Feb to log problem, said they would resolve within 72 hours by return phone call, nothing happened. Escalated the call on 21 Feb, this time they were supposed to phone within 24 hours, nothing happened. Escalated in writing on 26 Feb, took 2 days to get a response, call promised for same day and of course nothing happened. That's 10 days on a simple enquiry! Desperately unhappy with response times and total lack of service. I expect a call from management with full explanation and apology. Way beyond disappointed and very frustrated!
