RUDE AGENT CALLED

Please kindly teach your consultant Amanda on some telephone etiquette and manners, she just rudely called me now on my work number and as much as I have spoken to a consultant few days ago and I am aware of the payment on my loan to be done which I have been paying and my settlement balance of R200.00 odd rands will be settled before end of this month as I get paid on the 20th this month or even next week. I have a dispute and requested a breakdown and the consultant explained.
Now I'm surprised I am called on my busy work number and get interrupted and it's the 28th but already a debit order (below) went off my account on the 22nd Nov 2013.

Now I told her to call me on my cell number and not on my work number as I noted that I prefer being called on my cell.
She then calls me on my cell number and raises her voice at me when I ask her what is the purpose of the call, there could have been a bad line but not only did she interrupt me on a call with a high profile client but she was rude to tell me if I don't want to listen to her then I will keep on getting such calls.
