Since my last HELLO PETER complaint i Your service are disgusting

My issue regarding Discovery HUMAN ERROR nonsense has still not been sorted, Why is agents beating around the bush as to who is responsible for this. The agent that Cancelled my Vitality in ERROR needs to take full responsibility for their actions, I was billed for their errors,
