I am Disgusted by the amount of time wasted waiting to get through to your billing department
My Vitality was cancelled 1st January 2013 in error by discovery, My key fit was the one that was suppose to be cancelled. I was denied access to VIRGIN ACTIVE after paying my monthly fee to them, i sent several emails to get this sorted now im being told i need to pay for something i wasnt able to make use of and explained by your billing department that this was an HUMAN error. Me as a client RESPONSIBLE FOR ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE'S HUMAN ERRORS, Nonsense,
I refuse to be billed for your error,
