Our municipality booked accomodation for 19 people where 9 was booked for two days and they payed separate and the other 10 was booked for 1 day and they payed separate and the Ermelo Inn mixed up the two booking and put the other 9 people on the 10 rooms and when we checked in they told us we have to wait for while they trying to sort it out as they can not allocate the room of those 10 who were allocated our rooms because they will be there for 2days. We ended up waiting at the reception for an hour waiting to be allocated our rooms and when i got into my rooms i called reception asking for an iron and they told me they dont take irons to room i must go to the housekeeping to get my closes ironed and when i got the the ironing room was locked again i waited and waited until i decided to go back to the reception to ask why they asked me to come down to the iron room when the was no 1 the and Rachel told me those people are working for me alone and when i told her that was a bad service they offering as i took her from when it took us an hour to check in she exploded and started shouting and screaming right at the reception in front of people telling me am not the only custome
