Unauthorised debit orde

Last Thursday, 21 February 2013 i made a few enquiries related to accomodation in Durban for the 22 till 24 February 2013. I received a call from a lady (didn't get her name) to advise me that they received 2 enquiry bookings and she wanted to know which accommodation do i prefer. I told her i prefer The Grange and i asked that she should inform me if there is accommodation available as i went on their website and there wasn't any available. I even sent them 2 emails to enquire about available accommodations which i didn't get any response till today. A few minutes later there was a debit order amounting to R895 from my account and later received an email to show that it was for a deposit for The Grange. It came as a shock to me as no confirmation was received on my side to say that accommodation was available for me. I immediately contacted The Grange to enquire about the emails i sent and if there was a room available for me. I was advised that they received my emails by they were fully booked. To my confusion a deposit was already taken but at the same time they are fully booked.
My money is gone and i didn't have any accommodationon the other hand. Its unacceptable.
