SUPPLIER NOT PAID AND NO RESOLUTION GIVEN

Good day
To say my patience is wearing thin would be an understatement. That ship has come and gone and if it wasn't for the fact that I am forced to keep this Medical Aid because of my place of employment. My next phone call would be to cancel my membership first thing tomorrow morning. Why the heck am I paying you guys money of you cannot process a simple request of R304? Instead I keep getting sent from pillar to post with empty promises and NO ACTUAL RESULT.
27 Dec: I am on holiday and I consult a GP for a sore throat; call the BankMed call centre to check if I am covered to see that particular GP. Agent tells me yes I am covered I can go ahead.
1st week in Jan: I get my statement saying the supplier was only credited with _ 47. I call BankMed to ask how this could have happened and "say anything Sid" gives me this long explanation about how my yearly savings are exhausted and that's why the supplier wasn't credited the full amount. I tell her quite politely, that's not possible as I's looking at a statement I received just before Christmas that reflects and available balance of R1400 -.
