One in a Million!!!

I submitted a claim to Bankmed on 24/10 via email and received a request for a fully specified account in order to process the claim. I obtained the fully specified account and submitted accordingly. Thereafter, I received 6 responses from Bankmed for the fully specified account. On each occasion, the account was attached and sent through. It is evident that the email management system being used by Bankmed is ineffective and inaccurate. On 21/11, I called Bankmed to express my frustration due to the incompetent systems / people at Bankmed. I spoke to a lady by the name of Mongi who was calm, collected and allowed me the opportunity to express my anger and disappointment. She politely offered to investigate the matter and get back to me. She promptly returned my call and explained the actual reason for the account being declined. Her professionalism, attitude and expertise was a breath of fresh air. Bankmed - please take the necessary steps to up skill your staff to the level of Mongi. She is a true professional!
